At Japan Karate-Do Nobukawa-Ha Shito-Ryu Kai-India (Shito-Ryu Karate-Do Academy of India) headquarters, all our instructors are specially undergone rigorous Instructor’s Training Program and are authorized to teach on behalf of our organization under Naresh Sharma Chief Instructor’s supervision throughout India. We have specially designed training program/syllabus for every level (Belt/Grade)

All Instructors/Karate-Do Organizations/Associations wish to join or represent Japan Karate-Do Nobukawa-Ha Shito-Ryu Kai-India (Shito-Ryu Karate-Do Academy of India) in their respective state/district/area must train vigorously and complete our Instructor Training Program before receiving membership /authorization from us. We have four kind of Instructors level:-

1	Individual Instructor	Minimum Shodan (H:O) Blackbelt
2	Dojo Instructor	Minimum Shodan Blackbelt
3	District Chief Instructor	Minimum Nidan (H:O) Blackbelt
4	State Chief Instructor	Minimum Nidan Blackbelt

INSTRUCTORS TRAINING

Japan Karate-Do Nobukawa-Ha Shito-Ryu Kai-India (Shito- Ryu Karate-Do Academy of India) INSTRUCTOR should train in the following areas:-

	Training in Physical conditioning method
	Training in Technical Level
	Training in Mental conditioning method
	Training in proper etiquettes , manners and discipline
	And the most important to develop a good moral character

To advance from one level to the next, the instructor must fulfill the requirements successfully complete the formal testing procedure. Testing for these various levels are carried out by Chief Instructor and Technical Director Naresh Sharma. Instructor’s authorization shall be renewed every year.
